Zeller Terms of Use

1. Who can use Zeller

You must be at least 18 years old. You may have only one account, and the phone number you sign up with must be your own.

2. Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep access to your phone secure, and tell us at hello@thezellerapp.com if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Community rules

Zeller exists to make people's days better. You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or demean anyone, including through anonymous cards.
• Post sexual, hateful, violent, or illegal content in your profile or anywhere else in the app.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your school.
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access Zeller, or interfere with how it works.
• Collect information about other users without their permission.

4. Your content

You own the content you add, such as your photo and bio. You give Zeller permission to store, display, and share it within the app as needed to run the service. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you post.

5. Reports and enforcement

You can report users or content in the app. We may review reports, remove content, and suspend or delete accounts that break these Terms, with or without notice.

6. Coins and sponsored content

Coins are an in app feature with no cash value. They can't be sold, transferred outside the app, or exchanged for money, and we may change how they work. Zeller may show sponsored content from local businesses; we are not responsible for third party offers.

7. SMS Terms

• Program: Zeller login codes. When you enter your phone number in the Zeller app and request a code, we send a one time code by text message to verify your number.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies. You only receive a message when you request a code.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or email hello@thezellerapp.com.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to stop receiving messages. If you opt out, you won't be able to receive login codes until you text START.
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: See our Privacy Policy at thezellerapp.com/privacy. Your mobile number and SMS consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

8. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we stop offering Zeller.

9. Disclaimers

Zeller is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be available or error free, and we aren't responsible for what other users send or post.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Zeller is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to $50 CAD.

11. Apple

These Terms are between you and Zeller, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Zeller or its content, and has no obligation to provide support for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. If the changes are important, we'll update the effective date and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Zeller means you accept the updated Terms.
